Property Concierge Services

In preparation of you or your guests arrival we can "open" the home.

Make sure water is turned on. Set thermostat to desired temp. Stock the home with necessary items, such as groceries, toiletries, propane for the BBQ and other requests based your needs. 

After you or your guests have left the property, we will initiate the closing process.

Make sure everything is locked and secure.

Garbage has been picked up and bins are brought in.

Turn off water

Check to make sure all lights and appliances are off

Check or set thermostat

Point of contact for your current home service contractors.

We can ensure that your currently scheduled home services are being performed, such as lawncare, pool care, housekeeping etc.

If you do not have a contractor for the above services but would like to, we can help find and schedule those services for you.
